CDYH type impulse voltage generator is a four-column structure with a square horizontal formation. This structure is used for all generator stacks in the H series of BHT impulse voltage generators. The two capacitors in each stage are oriented in a parallel position and fastened on to the insulating columns by four strong steel brackets. The tower constructed in this way provides a stable and strong stack, and at the same time enables convenient installation and replacement of the components.
